Transmitter Compatability w/ recievers

Can someone help me out with what transmitters will work with my recievers? I have (3) 3ch FM 27MHZ , 2 Futaba and 1 Novak Mercury. My trusty old futaba 3PD died last week, and since I have 3 recievers already I don't want to upgrade to spread spektrum or anything lke that. Transmitters I am looking at are the associated XP3D, JR XR3, Hitec agressor srx, possibly the venom 3RT (cheap). Anyone know if these will work? I think I had heard that the Airtronics XM won't work with the Futaba stuff...Thanks.

Best (most likely) bet is probably the Hitec. The JR won't talk to the Futabas for sure. No idea on the AE or Venom though.

Of course, an actual Futaba Tx is your actual best bet. They're still making the 3PM FM if I remember right... Might look into that.

Bummer. I've seen quite a few of the JR XR3s go for fairly cheap on ebay. I guess I may just take a chance on the Associated and hope for the best. If it doesn't work, I'll just have to pony up for the 3PM or keep watchin the 'bay for a 3PD like I had.
