I have those arms and this will happen until you run the truck a little bit. They will "break-in" and be easy to pull out. This isn't a performance problem just a result of a tight fitting part. It goes away a little the more you run the truck but if you use a pair of pliers it will come right out.

When I installed mine I was also replacing the bulkheads at the same time. Talk about time consuming. ;) I was going to go with the aluminum bulk heads but the LHS didn't have any in stock so I just bought more stock ones. Count your blessings that the E-Maxx and the newwer lots of T-Maxxs come with bulkhead braces. Mine didn't and in my opinion I wouldn't have broken the bulkhead had it been braced.

Well that would explain why it took so long to change the arms. It took me three hours and about 5 back pain breaks. And a lot of words that aren't in the dictionary. But I had lots of help. Unfortunately the help was the four legged variety trying to convince me to pay attention to them instead of the T-Maxx. I do have relatives and friends in New Mexico though.

I forgot to add that you might want to check the clearance between the drive axles and the RPM Arms. When the suspension is allowed to extend fully the axle can rub on the little hump for the ball stud.

Do you really work for RCCA or just a moderator? So you had help, im 13 and did it all by myself kinda pround of my self you know. ;)
