i`m looking to buy some shock`s for my t-maxx. any body know if the assoc. are any good. :)

I haven't used them but they are made well. I have the XX-Long Big Bores on mine. Teflon Coated hard anodized and they are awesome! I liked them so much I put the shorter versions on my MRC MT-10S up front.

hey thanks alot for the reply. i went out and bought them there nice for 60 bucks. the only thing i didn`t like was the fact you need to use so many spacers. i guess i will just have to buy the allum. spring retainers. thanks again, jayman ;)

AE makes some of the best shocks, you can't go wrong with 1 nevermind 8.

Try the long red springs from AE. This are a bit stiffer than the blue, about .5 lb. heavier. I use these with a lot less spacers. the red springs are worth the 10 bucks. I haven't tried them but i have heard really good things about the RPM 2 stage pistons. I will be getting those very soon. Good luck with those shocks :cool:
