Sup peeps! Well my older brother just got an (stock) T-Maxx, and **** ! it fly's. I only have a electric Pede. I'm interested in gettin a Nitro 4x4 (stock) Monster truck that can kick the T-Maxx's butt...Any Ideas?????? :confused:
Price....@ $400 ........It's war!!

A Nitro Quake or a Monster Pirate will eat a box stock T-maxx for breakfast. If your on a tight budget than go for the NQ, but if you want to totally destroy the t-maxx then get a MP a drop a 3+ hp engine in it and hold on.

How fast does the Nitro Quake go??? Or the MP???? I think the T-maxx goes @ 35mph! Thanx for the 411 Peeps!! Keep on truck'n!

Bone stock according to RCCA is about 29 mph for the T-Maxx. The MP will walk the T-Maxx on flat level ground. They are not created equal. T-Maxx has a .15 engine and the MP holds a .21. Beyond that my MP knowledge ends. Get with Dirty Pirate for MP info.

A stock Quake will go roughly 38-40mph
My Quake with an 11 tooth clutchbell 20% nitro I timed at an average of just a hair under 36mph. Stock clutcbell is a 14 tooth and noticeably faster.
The way I got this speed (36mph)was by setting up 2 lines 25 feet apart from each other and timing how long it took to get from the 1st line to the second line while the truck was at full speed. I did this like 8 times to get an average of the times.
And 30 for the maxx seems right on not 35. Traxxas says 30, RCCA got very close to 30. Ive ran with the maxx it does not have the same top speed my truck does which like I say is 36.

Dont' forget me :( I've got a MP too! Mine does about 40mph or so if i had to guess. It'll go much faster with a hotter engine as I'm only running a Force P4 in it right now. It'll do more like 50 w/ a hot engine and even faster than that w/ the optional 2 speed.

a stock MP will eat a T-maxx, even a .21 T-maxx will have a lower top end(Yes .21 T-maxx's are slower on top end) and that is if the tranny does not blow up.

He didn't say he wanted a fair fight. He specifically asked for a 4x4 MT that could tear up a T-Maxx. NOBODY said anything about fair. Besides don't you know by now life ain't fair? LOL :D

I need to write down who has what! I am soooo sorry for the oversight. I think I am going to start a data base of who has what as far as Moster Trucks. I always remember DP because he has sold me on the MP. Too bad the wife isn't sold though. Something about needing electicity and water, oh and food too. :D
Fair is fair when it comes to getting to a checkered flag ahead of your competion. Besides, it sounds like sibling rivalry to me. :D

sorry I guess your rightgrandmasterfool life aint fair but what i heard from another magazine (I am a disgrace to R/C car action for this :p.) so this isn't totaly reliable but they said that the E-MAxx went faster than the stock T-Maxx with trinity Monster Maxx pro motors and 200 mah battery packs again not totaly reliable if you want actual results ask ammoace or another moderator :D

Have you guy's seen a prototype truck by thundertiger? it has tires that look like a juggernaut and a .70 size engine! I think it is a four stroke though, I can't find the link anymore, it was at www.nitrorc.com (http://www.nitrorc.com) but I don't know where it went, home this helps
