to get the torq .21 in the maxx, what do you need to make it fit?
The OFNA engines are really good like 2.6 horsepower at like 34500 rpm. i could be wrong about the rpm's but check out their site @ http://www.ofna.com/frames.htm

mind u, it has to be a pullstart engine.. therefore you are severly limited from gettin any realy burly engines. u wont push more than 2hp on the engines u can get with a pullstart.

The fact that you have to get a low output pullstart .21 is actually a good thing. 2 horse is quite a jump from the TRX Pro. By the way, does anybody have those TRX specs?

I've got a Thunder Tiger Pro 21 in my T-maxx, its rated at 2.1bhp @ 30,000rpm and a rpm range of 3000 to 38000, It screams!!!!!!! When looking for power ratings you want to look for the bhp rating, this is the actual power the engine makes. An engine rated at 2 horsepower might only make 1.2BHP(brake horse power-power after friction, heat, and other variables take their share of the power)therefore look for companies with a bhp rating. The TTR is a great engine, it is available withe a pull start and is less than $150 at a LHS
