Now my T is giving me a lot of trouble. When I try and start it, the EZ start tries to get the engine to start, but the engine won't turn over. And whenever I push the EZ start button, fuel SPRAYS out the exhaust. Or it just drips when I let off the button. And whenever I pull the glow plug out, it's wet with nitro, and I have to heat it up to burn the nitro off. I RRREEEAAALLLYYY NEED HELP!!! I've been waiting all week to go to the BMX track tommorow with it, but doesn't look like I'll be able to. http://www.rccaraction.com/ubb/frown.gif http://www.rccaraction.com/ubb/frown.gif http://www.rccaraction.com/ubb/frown.gif http://www.rccaraction.com/ubb/frown.gif

Can you turn the engine over by hand?

Also, check your gas tank ad tubing for air leaks.

this might sound different but i think u have the fuel line plugged into the pipe and the pressure line plugged into the carb just check that.

Yes, I can turn the entine over by hand. No, the lines aren't in the wrong spots. And no air leaks. Think the high speed needle is letting in too much fuel. I replaced it with my spare one, I'll test it tommorow. Thanks for the help. I'll let you know what happens.

O.K. I replaced my high-speed needle, and it works fine now. But I'm going through glow plugs like water. http://www.rccaraction.com/ubb/frown.gif

Technically, if you going through glow plugs then your engine isn't tuned correctly, most likely too rich. However, I'm going through glowplugs like water too and I'm almost positive my engine is tuned just right. No answers here.

I just got it tuned by the LHS. Started it up, went 3 laps, died, and the GLOW PLUG WAS FOULED!! http://www.rccaraction.com/ubb/mad.gif http://www.rccaraction.com/ubb/mad.gif http://www.rccaraction.com/ubb/mad.gif Put a new one in, ran it about 20 min. brought it home, tried to start it about 6 hours later, and WOULDN'T START. EVEN MORE http://www.rccaraction.com/ubb/mad.gif ! And when I plug the exaust to build up pressure, I let my finger go, and fuel starts to spray out the pipe! I'm about ready to sell the stupid thing. I wonder if all nitro r/c's are this hard to keep running, or if you have to be a millionare to be in the hobby. I don't know why anybody would want to be in this hobby if all cars/trucks are as hard to maintane as what mine is.

I'm sending my engine in to Traxxas. They said that they're having trouble with a lot of engines having bad bearings. That's probably why it's hard to start. It doesn't explain the fried plugs though.
