Traxxas T-maxx,... HELP ME!

I have a problem, the gear that comes from the transmission, is at an angle, it's the big gear near to the engine, I only got it yesterday, and I don't think that this is right is it??? It's supposed to be straight, and I need to know if it is a minor or major problem, and what can I do to fix it,
also different Q, what is the best fuel to use with the traxxas T-maxx???

I think you're talking about the spur gear. How much of an angel is it? Can you spin it? If it's just wobbling don't worry about it. It will straighten itself out. As for the best fuel, there is much controvery. I'd recommend Traxxas 20%. That way if something goes wrong you will still be under waranty.

Your talking about the spur gear allright. If it spins just fine, and doesn't wable more then about 1/8" in either direction then no problem. If it truly is at an angle then remove the gas tank and that gear as well. Then simply put it back together. I've found that most spur gear problems are instalation problems.
