ok, i went to my local track today and the whole track had all t-maxxes! these things are realyl sweet and i have got to get one! well since i'm an electric guy i decided that i should go with an e-maxx and that they average around a 7 minute run time. now the thing i like about nitro is that you get alot longer run time. is a longer run time worth the wait for money and is it that much better than an e-maxx? i know that the t-maxx is around 400 bucks and it will be along time till i get that much cash and glow plugs and stuff. so if i went nitro, what all would i have to get, and on average, how much would it cost... i have everything for electric so it is only going to cost me the price of thee-maxx if i stick with electric. i've also been looking at the stampede. how much better is the e-maxx than the stampede? and, whats better on the e-maxx than the stampede and whats better on the stampede thats better than the e-maxx? like pros and cons about both trucks. so i have so many questions but i wanna know as much as i can about these trucks as possible before i come to a verdict. thanks alot for all the posts.

When I started nitro I just got the truck and Duratrx's nitro starter kit. It came with a quart of 10% Read Alert fuel, a wrench, a rechargeable golw starter, and a A3 OS glow plug.

how much was the duratrax nitro starter kit? i know i can get the turkc for 400 but it also depends on how much the starter kit is so i know the grand total.

How Much do ya want to spend. electric is a lot more cheeper than nito, but nitro is a lot more fun!

You should also look at the Nitro Stampede. My friend has an electric one and he loves it, even with the stock MSC! I have seen a Nitro Stampede run and it was doing wheelies all over the place, then he ran it full throttle under the axle of a banshee and broke one of the A-arm mounts (after seeing this I think it is a durable truck). Other than that it all depends on who you ask which is better? Everybody has different reasons why they like one better, it just depends on what YOU want to do with it and where YOU want to drive it. I gave you my choice, but it is ultimately up to YOU
