If you would like some info on pulling go to the NR/CTPA web sight:NR/CTPA (http://www.webt.com/rctruckpul)
You can find picts of trucks, local clubs and events, manufactures and can download a rulebook.
Carpet and dirt sleds are similar but a carpet sled is a bit heavier to handle up to 600#. Dirt pullers go up to about 125#.
Although I have not seen a T-maxx try to pull, I would guess about 50# on dirt and maybe 100# on carpet. I have seen an E-maxx pull 80# carpet without mods or added weight.

Where can I find a sled to purchase? Back in the mid to late '80s there was a production sled that RCCA used in testing, after they tested the sled of course. I think they had a pull off pitting the Clod, Bruiser and USA-1 against each other. And no, I don't remember which truck one. But I do remember that it was a tight race.

The Max Trak Eliminator sled has been out of production for many years and are hard to find. E-bay has sold a few and got quite pricey. Hooters Chassis is starting to build a light duty dirt sled. They can be contacted at 814-425-3122
