Help Me Striped out screw heads

Can anybody help me with getting out or repairing a stripped out screw

buy or borrorw a rotory tool from someone and re-slot the heads. When you replace the screws get some high quality allen wrenches and they wont strip again.

Yup, I just stripped one in my new e-maxx, and when adding new skids and lower braces. I was able to use a cutoff wheel and make a slot to get it out, without damaging the new skid too much, just a tiny scratch. Hudy and Thunder Tiger make some good wrenches.
