Antbody from the Kingston, Ottowa (sorry if I spelled it wrong!) area? I live in way Northern NY about 26 miles from Canada, and would like some info on a good hobby shop around the Kingston area. I saw on a site about Leading Edge hobbies, any good? also how is the exchange rate for purchasing kits and parts. Also is there any off road racing in that area, I run a T3. I have to go all the way to Syracuse (70 miles) to get parts and even that shop has a limited selection. Thanks for any help.

I went to Lansdowne Mall last week or week before. Saw some indoor racing inside what I think used to be a carpet store? Is that the one you're talking about? I'm new at all this. Do you have to pay to race in one of these? Am I allowed to come in any time and use the track to practice on my own, like say lunctime on Mondays for example? Heh, I don't even have an R/C car yet and I'm asking these questions. Anyways, I want to know 'cause if I get a Nitro now (in winter) obviously there are no outdoor races going on now, where can I race my R/C with other people?

I live in Ottawa,Ontario. WE start our 13 race carpet series this weekend. Practice is saturday and race is sunday. WE averaged about 60 racers per race last winter. This season we expect minimum of 60 racers per race and peaks over 80. SEDAN IS our biggest class and we also run, TL01,F1 and pan car.

Drop by my web site i host for the club.We have a very active forum and our web site is updated regularly also its bilingual now! http://www.rccaraction.com/ubb/smile.gif

our current track for the winter is 3000sq/ft of carpet with lots of pit space.
