We have a few people with rally cars that have been playing around at American Raceway . We are looking for anyone in NJ that is willing to race Rally . If you are interested let me know . We are trying to get enough people together to race it as a class . This started with one person bringing his rally down and playing around we now have 3 with a fourth on the way . In just 3 weeks . This is catching on fast .

Hi, I'm in the central NJ area, an was thinking of getting an electric RC street (rally?) Car to mess around with, maybe race in the beginners class a few times.

A long time ago i used to race a Team Associated RC10, but that was in FL, and I sold all my stuff.

What are most of the people using at the tracks around NJ these days? I don't want to plop down a ton of money on a car and radio.

I was looking at the Tamiya Audi A4 STW Quattro kit (using the TA03-Chassis) and a magnum Junior, but that was like $260 for the basics.

Are Fm radios that much better than AM? Because I could save $$ on an AM. Are Tamiya kits any good for racing? Or should I go with Associated? Any suggestions as to where to get the best bang for the buck would be appreciated...

Thanks
