Well for onroad theres a place in streetsville www.hobbyhobby.com/plrc (http://www.hobbyhobby.com/plrc)
for offroad I have yet to find ne where, Ive heard of a BMX track, but none that race R/C within a 30 min range. The closest is like in Dundas, Ontario.
