View Full Version : Indianapolis Velodrome "FUN RUN" Races

Wow, finally found (actually got off my butt and looked around a bit - lol) this area! The Velodrome "FUN RUN" Races are about to start here in Indianapolis, IN again this summer. The first "FUN RUN" will be April 22nd - gates open at 8:00am and racing to start around 11:00-11:30am.
The rest of the schedule is: May 20th - June 10th - July 8th - and August 12th.

It is almost here!! Are ya ready?? I know I have been working on my car, still needs a paint job though. I have people calling just about everyday, ready and waiting. I also heard that last week a few guys went out and did some testing.... wish I could have went with them. Anyway, we'll see ya at the Track, April 22nd...... again the gates open at 8:00am.!!

Hey Guys, what a race day!! ;-) Needless to say.... the "FUN RUN" Races are movin' on in 2001!! Hope to see ya all May 20th.... get that gear.... if you can't find it.... email me.
PS - Doesn't seem to be the intrest in Touring cars, sorry.... I think Hobbytown USA in Castleton might still have a few touring car guys hangin' out.... give'em a buzz.

I raced at the Veledrome for the very first time this past Sunday (5/20) and had a helluva good time!! Thanks to PDX racing for putting on this event. I am hooked!!

Well thank you for the kind words!! ;-) I hope everyone has a great time at the Velo, I must admit, I love the place. It's fast, slick and most of all HUGE!! You can let it all hang out there. Glad your hooked, I've been since I moved here 7 years ago..... PDX has been going for 5 at the Velo... can you say HOOKED??!! ;-)
