there are a few tracks that still exist, i race at the one in fall river, big boys toys. its a great track, its small and very techinacal. last summer i ran at northoro international speedway (dont ask) but they have a nice paved oval and i really rough offroad oval, its really really bad on the cars. i lost a motor every few weeks.

i was thinking about maybe orginizing a parking lot race, or something, also there are some people on rcmt.net who want to do a group bash somewhere. offroad though

I live in MA, south shore, and I contacted the go-cart track down here in Braintree (F1-Boston) and they are considering opening their tracks for R/C cars... keep your fingers crossed.

If they do open the track for R/C ill be getting a nitro TC then. I hope they open up there arent any tracks near where I live. Stormperson, what happened to the post in RCMT? it dissapeard, I really want to have the MA, atually ppl from all over New England wanted to come, it would be really awsome though.

it just sorta died down. i am sure that if you brought it up again and actually had a decieded place to go then it would be okay.

one of the oringal places we were thinking of was blue hills in i think dedham, i am within 20 minutes from there and its prety nice offroading, however they dont allow motor vechiles which is a minor problemo. any have any suggestions?

and do u have an update on f1 boston?

Last time I heard from F1 was a couple of days ago and they were "looking into it." They also wanted to know how many people are interested, so this is about 5 or 6 (counting the Traxxas BBoard) and then there have to be people around the area who just don't happen to post on these boards... so... That's all for now.

right now all i have is electric....
but if a track opened, depending on far away it was, (im in boston)i MIGHT get a nitro car...
