I just wanted to know if there were any people here from the state of Connecticut. More specifically the New Haven area. Thanks in advance for your responses. http://www.rccaraction.com/ubb/smile.gif

BorG - we race all over CT. Granted, we try to stay as close to home as possible on most occasions, but we don't mind a little road trip every now and then. What types of tracks are near you in New Haven?

There isn't a track here, but my LHS organizes races on their parking lot. They usually have it on Sunday afternoons.

First off, congratulations RC Car Action for starting up this site.I'm also in the New Haven area and have been into rc since the late 80's and recently decided to try out raceing(never have).I would like to find out where there is any local T.C.or offroad raceing. Originally posted by BorG:

Terry, what city do you live in? I am around the Cheshire area and wanted to know if you wanted to hook up and race or something. That would be nice.

Terry and BorG - If you want to try off-road racing, were heading to Xtreme R/C in New Milford this Sunday. It's about a 40 minute ride from where you are.

JP's Hobby in Derby also races off-road on Saturday's @ 1pm. You could also try RC Madness in Enfield. Madness has the most variety with three tracks off-road, on-road, and indoor carpet.

JP's 203-735-5512
Madness 860-741-6501

Sorry Steve http://www.rccaraction.com/ubb/frown.gif I can't go this Sunday because I'm graduating. I'm only in eight grade and the event takes place at 12 in the afternoon on Sunday. Now only if I could fake sick. Wish me Luck!

Steve, when you say "we're heading out," does that mean that your whole staff races together? That's awesome if so! http://www.rccaraction.com/ubb/smile.gif

I gotta find a reason to make it to CT this fall.
