Are there rules or guidelines that anyone has that I could look at? I want to start a club in Tennessee when I move there this summer. :cool:

I don't own a track yet but I'm planning to make one in my backyard. The best way to do it is to post a wanted ad for people to come race on the Internet or in your local news paper. ;)

if you want to start a club, start one. you make the rules. hang out at a hobby shop and get racers. do your own thing
