Singapore Tokyo Tracks

Does anyone know wheather tracks in singapore or tokyo?

There's an on-road track in Tokyo and if my memory serves me, it's called Super Rajicon. It's located on the top of a fairly tall building, and there's a hobby shop and on-road track on the roof.

I don't recall exactly where it's located. I was there a couple of years ago, but don't remember how to get there.

There are several on-road tracks in Toyko, Iruma, and the verious "sub-burbs" :cool:
