The rims look good. There are enough aluminum rims to fit the world! I would expect a price of $220. I got talking to my hobby shop owner and he said the aluminum rims are too heavy so he took them off. Are they really heavy enough to affect performance?

Dude those rims are sweet, leave it to AE to produce some of the best products. Those first rims look like some Budniks.

Those rims are sweet looking, but isn't AE a little late in jumping on that wagon?

How 'bout making some Monster Blazer, Nitro Quake, or Monster Pirate hopups for a change. You know, for the BIG DAWGS!

Middle ones are the best, way too sweet.

It is a little late for AE to get into the T-Maxx craze, but because theyre AE, im sure people will buy them. I personally dont trust aluminum rims. $200 or so for a fairly easily bendable rim isnt worth it to me; make them in plastic and theyre mine... But nice job AE!

would these wheels fit a clod?

GT Pro.

The Clod uses 5 pins on the axle to engage the wheel. The T-Maxx uses a hex on the axle, that these wheels fit over.

I like the first design the best, but I think durability would be an issue.

Price at tower hobbies is $82.99. Should reach hobby stores at $90-$100.
