Upgrades for the Xray T-1 include the following:

I just don't get how they will balance that thing out. Even when the motor is opposite the batteries, it still difficult to balance out the car. With todays light weight electronics it is really hard to balance things out. With the chassis setup like that, with the motor down the middle, it will be impossible to balance the car. That is, not without adding a lot of weight to the electronics side.
Besides, I thought everyone said the T1 was perfect. Why change it? :rolleyes:

Hi Darkside, think about oval racing and it will be ok.It,s an option part ,for special use.I think x-ray is the best car out of box.

Note: There are still battery slots on the right side of the car, so this 6-cell chassis would be useful for oval and road course racing.

Team x-ray are also doing a single belt drive system for on the T1 i found pics of it on the net the other day but cannot find them again! It uses the new bulkheads and just runs 1 belt instead of 2. Rick
