Ok, exactly how do you wire this thing? The wire colors are white, blue, black, and red. What goes were?

hey congrats on buying a streak. it is a good esc that will get you good runtimes and decent power output. the red goes to the positive on the batt. the black to the negative on the batt. and the blue and white go to the motor.

I got it in a trade, I could swear that I had it wired right, but it was getting power striahgt to the motor, I take it white is pos and blue is neg?

Yeah, white is + and blue is - . I have a Streak and a Monsters of Touring 19x2 motor. But I can't get it to work right! The motor will emit this high-frequency noise whenever I put the throttle on and struggle to 'turn over'. The motor works fine on a mechanical speed control. I can get the motor to run for a few seconds if I pull the trigger suddenly to full power. Any ideas?

hey ferarri have you tried setting it up again? if you had it sounds like you got the short end of the deal cuz it may be fried
