Just a quick question that I need suggestions for. I built a all aluminum e-maxx for a friend of mine. It has progressive piggy back shocks with the stock springs and 35w oil set on a #3 piston. Ok here's the problem- IT SAGS A LOT lets say when you have all the equipment in it batteries ect... and you set it down not drop it, it sags to the point the cvd's are level with the ground DAMN THAT'S LOW...
So before I take time to take the shocks out and apart I would like some suggestions on what I can do.
1- more preload?
2- try and find some stiffer springs?
3- thicker shock oil?
4- more restrictive piston setup?

I use Associated shocks with alum caps, RPM 2 stage pistons, 60 wt oil, MIP seals, one stock AE springs and one RC ravens Progressive spring per corner.

RC Ravens progressives are stiff too stiff for a light weight maxx if you use all eight but for a heavy maxx it will work great. you will have to use the stock traxxas lower spring perch and use the Progressive upper shock perch and the stock traxxas spring perch as well to make it work or just get a bunch on heavy associated springs or even HPI heavy springs in the longest length you can get and that will hold it up.
