Adequate Compressor

I bought some Parma faskolor paints & they say you should use a compressor with 40-70 psi. Most of the cheaper compressors I'm looking at are around 30 psi. Will that be enough?

For faskolor paints 30 Psi is fine, I just usually dilute the paint to the consistency of milk. actually i usually spray @25 psi and clean out the airbrush @ 30-40 psi.
