what constitutes a team?

I was wondering what constitutes a racing team? I know that Losi and AE have teams, but what about a local track team?

Just a group of guys that get together and share parts, tent space, and advice with each other that pit together...... we have a local team at our track called the KingKiller Racing Team... they are a bunch of crazy Tmaxxers (but we love em anyway)

I am on a team! Unfortunately I am the only member on it right now. My team name is Tweedle Racing Inc., I am custom painting a body with my own logo and everything!
