Problems editing profile

There is already a member with that email address, and the administrator has required that all users must have unique email addresses. If you already have a username and have forgotten your password, please click here.

I got that messge when I wanted to edit my profile. I logged in to reply to a post, then decided to edit my profile. I can enter the User CP, click on edit profile, make changes, but when I click on save changes, I get that message...Funky.

I had that problem too on my old name, its because some of the accounts have been duplicated. email the admin and report that your problem, they will delete one of the duplicates

One of two things might have happened...

scenario #1 - You have 2 usernames, and one has the e-mail you are trying to list..

scenario #2 - When the BB got transfered it copied your username ( as mentioned ). The admin can remove the uneeded one, or purge the 2 together...

Same here, I got that exact message. I looked at the page where it shows all of the bb names, and everyones name was doubled(there was two of each). The Admins need to fix this.
