Tell me how fast u think this buggy will go with.........

I was wondering how fast my Losi XXcr buggy will go with a Novak racer EX esc and a Trinity D3 6 turn single motor. I am hoping it goes fast. I recieve it Tuesday so i cant wait. Tell me how fast u think it will go. Thanx:D :D

I would guess around 220-230 Mph easy as long as you have at least a good 1700 sportpack in the car. :p

no with stock gearing, that would be about right:p a 6 turn motor is insane overkill....... they have great top end but really not enough torque for a buggy....... i would suggest getting an 11x2

I am ony goin to race it on hard clay and dirt so i really wont need a lot of torque thats why i think this motor is right. But will it go past 40mph?

Well, my B3 was clocked at 56 something with a 12x5 (really FREAKING high gearing)...if you are thinking of actually racing with a 6x1 u got another thing comin. Have you ever seen BK or Mark Pivadis use anything lower than a 10 turn in their buggies? I know I haven't :). Anyhoo a 6x1 in anything is INSANE and should only be used for crazy speed runs. BTW if you are racing w/ a 6 single, how are u gonna make the 4 min. mark w/o dumping?:rolleyes:
