I got one from Hong Kong, the shop is control centre and I picked it up for $373 USD. But I'm not sure if they have any more. The car is the best electric car to come out of Tamiya in my opinion.:) :D :)

you can get them in japan cheaper then HK, the shipping will not kill you as bad. 250.00 or so + alittle more for shipping. but $370 thats nuts! If you want one I can help you out.

Thought you guys were selling it for alittle less than 38000yen

Control center online shop is for overseas ONLY, local price is cut 15%less.

Why there are other ways to buy it. 38000 is way too much! Way too much! someone is making money off this.

I have one 414M here in Taiwan
really nice car
especially the cornering response and efficient drive chain!

Usagi how about the RACY options for 414M?

I think they can offer more durability under severe race coditions and they look so cool!:D

Do u have any experience of their products?

Do u have any information where I can puchase them online or by mail order from Japan? It seems unavailable in HongKong or Taiwan.

Anyone have an estimate on the 414m Memorial editions pricing? Its supposed to come with a body and other items. What about some aluminum bulkheads for the Ta04?

*Bump*

from what i'm hearing from hobby stores (btw i'm from canada), the 414mII will be the same price as the 414 m I (which is about 390 US)

everything on the mII is identical to the 414 m I but i did notice that the mII has the delrin diff joints?

anyways i think the 414m is the way to go if you have the $$ to blow on, cuz if you actually buy a 04-R and add teh prices for hte upgrades (center one way, front one way, carbon lower deck) the cost is almost as much as a 414m.

and i bought a 414 m :D

and no the mII does not come with a body

I would say start searching, I was there a week before the Worlds Replica was released and most stores had them reserved out, but I did see a fair number of the 414M2 cars in shops. I was only in Tokyo and Shizuoka, but in Tokyo if you head to akihabara
there are a great number of shops that had them.....

do you know much much the 414 would cost in japan.

Depends on the shop, can go for retail or at slightly below.
I got mine at around US$300... That is the original 414M, the 414M2 is around $280 in most stores that I saw, and the World Replica is selling for anything up to $500.
Ask Usagi as he lives in Japan I believe and he knows the most recent selling prices....

Oh, just found out Usagi was banned, but he is still on the RC-Tech forums. Just ask in the 414M forum there, more posts to, so might be more helpful.....
