My ROUGH draft for my snowmoblie!

Heres my rough, very rough draft for my snowmoblie,i know in this pic the chassis looks alot like the art attack on but on my blueprint, its a lot more skiner(lol sp?, is it even a word?), i ve got some done, just need make the chassis, ski's, etc.

Thats Sweet! Everything looks great except for the drive line. How are you going about this? its going to be tough to get an axle to both wheel things. How are you doing this. You will probably need one of the Maxx motors to gain more torque, cuz I think you might need it.

If you put it on graph paper it will look better. My friend mocracer3 and i are making a 1/4 scale snowmobile that is 48 inches long and 24 wide at the skis. 22.5cc solo racing engine.

I dont worry, im use my e-pedes tranny, this does 2 things.
1) lets me replace parts that i brake
2) allows my to use 540 motors.

Hey man using the pede tranny is a smart idea! Just make sure you lock the diff!

heres a lil advice for ya!So your not disapointed when u get it done!

From the scale of it, the skis look WAAAAY to small!Im thinkin that if your skis are short, there just gunna burry themselves into the snow!So....look at some REAL snowmobiles, and look at the size of the skis, compared to the size of the rest of the sled!That should help quite a bit!Overall, very nice design, and good luck!

Hey where did U get your art attack snowmobile and how much did it cost? I was just wondering even though in Phoenix Arizona it never snows.

Ok, i just got the alumnium to start making the chassis got it on their, lil bit stuck but i think i can get by it.

I got it at my LHS for 320, without engine.
BUT......
Since i am such an avid customer there, they gave me a $90 discount on the .21 engine! :D
