I read in www.twf8.ws/new/tech/servos.html

That the HS605 MG is only for 4.8 volts if you want to working properly? I'm interested b/c hi-tec servos are much cheaper it can still perform very well at 4.8volts. For 1/8 gas buggies would you advise 4.8 volt over 6 volt for these servos? I want good percision for racing at a buget price since most servos with performance like the Hs-625 would cost over $100.

always give your servos 6 volts to get the most out of them

I had a Hitec 605 and ran it with 6v too no problems. I upgraded to a Hitec 705mg and still use 6v with it.
