when i first got my t-maxx i was going to slowly convert EVERYTHING to aluminum. well than i seen the prices for a fully loaded one and was like i dont think so...... so i though of a few places i should up grade with stronger metal parts

thay include- skid plates, drive shafts, spur gear, latter braces, motor mount (for heat purposes), and shock towers. thease arnt all but i can remember any more....... so were do you think the shiny stuff should go???????? not for looks but for accual USE

if you are not building a trailer queen then the only places aluminum is really beneficial are the skid plates and the ladder braces. The rest of it just adds weight

Depending on what you're doing to the truck, I'd consider aluminum bulkheads.
