antennae placement

I was looking at some cars the other day and some driver keep their antennae tube underneath the cars body while other poke a hole for the tuube to stick out the body.

I like the idea of keeping it under the body for looks but if I'm to race the vehicle is there a rule that says the antennae has stand above the body?

No rule, but you get less interference, clearer signal. Try it under, and if it glitches, poke a hole
