Maybe if we all post the types of things we'd like to see then it will help the publisher get the things we want.

I have two ideas for plans I would like to know if people would be interested in.

First: A GOOD airframe for the Canned Heat setup. I'm thinking of some sort of variation on the cloud9 airframe with the ability to adjust the CG and stabalizer incidence here. I could work something like that up if there is interest.

Second: A indoor TWIN. I'm definately working on this project now and if I get something good working I could work up the plans for submission.

I think there's a need for both of these types of planes, what do you all think about them?

Also, please post your own ideas for feedback here.

Thanks,
Allan Wright - www.wrightbrothersrc.com

I would like to see an EDF. Maybe a MIG-15, F4,P-80 or something of that sort. I would like it to be able to be scratch-built without special tools (laser cutting, ect). Something like the MIG-15 posted by Blackhawk.

Hi Allan,
You mention an indoor twin as a dsireable project. Just for kicks could you clarify what you consider an "indoor" model? Wing loading?, size? power range? What sort of facility do you have in mind as a minimum size building?
Thanks, Dave Robelen

I was thinking twin GWS IPS direct or twin N-20. 30"-36" span, 4-5 oz. Flyable in say a large high-school gym or outside on days with wind in the 0-3mph range.

I have coming some IPS direct units and some N-20s to use for some prototyping. The Tom hunt indoor night fighter in this month's issue got me jazzed up for a twin.

How about some flying wing plans? a good old flying wing never gets boring.

Cheese,

Take a look on the net for AZ Chuck's wing thing and SoSlow2, they're excellent flying wings in the micro scale. Both are available free for download.

Well you could have done a search on AZ Chuck - I think he comes up as the first hit.
