I was at the LHS yesterday and a young lad was selling an E-Maxx. I got everything that came with it plus a complete aluminium front suspension and skid plates, a set of wheels and road tires, four 1500 batteries and a charger. All for $450 CDN (about $300US).
My wife says "that's your christmas present". OOOOKAAAAAY, sez I.

Bluesy, not a bad deal. I just bought my E-Maxx (my Christmas present so can't open it yet). But out here they're $950 Oz. Looks like you got the better deal :(
Still, can't wait to open it up!!!

Why did you waste your time getting an E-Maxx!?!?!?!? You should've gotten a REAL truck like the TTR EK-4!!!...

I bought an Emaxx and was happy with the performance, but got tired of the charging. So I sold it on Ebay and bought an Ek4.

Congrats, looks like a lot of us are going to have a Merry Christmas this year. But why the wives so set on making us wait til Christmas? Man, anything to make us suffer:(
