Trinity Tru-Lathe 2 Pro/3 question

Just wondered if anyone knew the difference (other than the color of the case) between the Trinity Tru-Lathe 2 Pro and Tru-Lathe 3...? I found one of each of them for sale locally, and they're both brand new.. Both have the carbide bit.. the T-L 2 Pro comes with a new 540 drive motor and 4 cell pack.. They're both (much) cheaper than regular selling price, and his asking price for the 2 (even with the motor/pack) is $50 less than the 3... Suggestions of other lathes aren't necessary, both of these (I assume) should be more than enough for my needs and replacement bits/etc. seem to fit both models... and even more importantly, the price is right..
