What is the difference between a Car ESC and a Boat or Nautica speed ESC?:confused:

Airplane and boat ESCs don't have brakes, I've seen some boat ESCs that are water cooled.

sure. just make sure its well protected. and don't exceed the cell count or turn limit.
you can use a car esc in a boat but not vice versa.
