Hi! I'm really new in to this great hobby, I have an Aero-Star .40 with a O.S. .40 Engine and when I start it for the first time runs for 10 or 15 seconds and then stop, (the propeller get stuck). Tried several times with the same results.

any help will be appreciate.

Kerwin. Read through your instructions, and it will tell you exactly how to break in the motor. It sounds to me like it is too rich, but that is only a speculation. I guarantee if you read in your instruction manual, it will tell you exactly what you need to do to fix the problem.

I have a .07 motor doing that same thing. It seems to expand and then when it cools it goes again. you need to break it in by running a tank or 2 through it but don't run it to fast keep the throttle at no more then Half.
I'm new to so This is just my experience.
