since so many of us are having trouble with the ek4 engine, cant ttr solve all these problems for us by recalling all engines back to exchange for new ones ?
has anything ever been done for other parts/engines on other trucks/cars ?

man i hope ttr lives up to their name, ...their .70 engine problem is really bad....anyone else got any feedback from ttr...whos a good contact persona at ttr

Warranty parts should be in California by the end of the week. If you call Greg (do not speak to anyone else) at 1-714-544-0330 he will explain the program & send you new parts. For those not comfortable doing the replacement themselves they can ship their engine to ACE HOBBY WEST. Be patient if the line is busy, since they are expanding right now & are waiting for more phone lines to be installed. Having dealt with this company for quite some time I have no doubts about their satisfying these issues.

that might cover some of the usa but how about the rest of the world ?
i heard they are terrible in mailing back and calling will cost me allmost cost the same as a new engine :(
Ace Hobby is responsible for products in the U.S. only. You will have to contact the distributor that your hobby shop got the truck from.
