GWS DX-A Replacement

Anyone know a good replacement for the GWS DX-A motor? I'm on my second one and the big black plastic gear looks to be losing it's teeth...again! :mad: The teeth jsut seem to shear off all the time. I try to keep the gears clean so no sand or dirt accumulates, but it doesn't matter.

A motor with a little more "pep" also would be nice.
