Hi Mike,
Check out Dave Lewis at www.homefly.com He has the motor you need along with the gears, etc. The original was built light and flew really well with this combination.

hey dave thanks
Im plannin the starlite as my first scratcher but was lookin at your gw sport as a second one ,will a 23/12 be alright as the specs on the site cal for a 20/10 dont mean to sound so stupid but all this lil motor and gearin is new to me when I got out of flyin a couple years back the only geared motors were the big ole astro cobalts and they seemed to be 540 550 sized, thanks for your help hehe now I have a cool new site of rc stuff to look at:D
thanks ,
MIKE

Hi MIKE,
The size of the prop depends on the gearing you end up with. Generally it safer to run a lttle too small a prop and avoid wasting the motor than a prop that is a little too large. You should be able to find a match at Dave Lewis's site.

Hi MIKE,
Go to www.rcmicroflight.com and check out the vendors links. Cloud 9 Micro R/C has a bunch of stuff along with Todd Long and Skyhooks and Rigging.
Have fun, Dave Robelen
