E-Chargers Drive

Tested one of these and figured I'd post what I got for anyone that's interested.

Motor's smaller than an N20 (don't know what it is)

Drive weighs 7 grams

Reduction is 2.67/1

Prop is 3.5x 2.5

On 4c nicad 1.3A @ 8300

On 6c nicad 2.1A @ 8800

Might be a good drive for something small and light.

Hi Mike,
I am running this same drive with a U-80 prop and ball bearings replavcing the silly coil spring "bearing". The performance on 3 ni-cd cells suggests it is the same motor and gears as the KP-00 built in a tacky frame. However, the price is right, especially when you can find broken ones in yard sales.
