...I recognize the popularity of nitro cars in this area so please bare with me.

Is there anything i can do to pep up the steering on this vehicle? There is just a ton of resistance on the servo. So far i've deactivated the rear steering with a set screw. What else can I do to get this pig moving?

you shoul buy ultra or high torque servo, i think that its the only thing you can do about this

The best bet would be to make it a 2 wheel steering truck. If not, then use a higher torque servo. I had a USA-1 and hated it for that reason
