I have a TQ as well and it sounds like the high speed needle is set to lean. Turn it counter clockwise 1/4 until it gets better!

no I just checked if anything it was alittle on the rich side
could being to rich make it do that?
it was running fine at first but maybe when it got to a good operating temp it started to do that anymore help would be appreciated.

I have that problem with the Torq .21 from my NQ. It runs rich, heck, If I backed out the needle anymore, it would come out of the housing. But none the less, a hard acceleration causes it to stall after it 'seems' to lean out.
Sound like an airleak somewhere to me. I never did find the leak in my engine, so I tossed it.

Have had that problem with the torq 21 in my axis. Every time I would richen it up it would get worse so I started leaning it out and it got better. I think it was so rich that after a few seconds under acceleration it would not be able to clear out the eccess gas that's why it would die.So try leaning it out. ;)
