Does anyone make longer A-Arms for the T-Maxx, that still retain the stock shock locations, and does not sacrifice suspension travel like the Pro Line kit does? Preferably plastic? I am surprised that RPM doesn't do this.

well the proline kits is good but there are no other plastic kits
although unlimeted engineering makes on heckuva long suspention for 200 bucks and is worth every penny check it out at www.monstermaxx.com

I'm not sure that if you used the inner most mount positions and right spring and pre-load spacers you probaly would be very close to stock height . My wifes pro-line in center mount holes with one blue trinity and one stock spring sits at samt height as my supermaxx at default settingand two blue springs. Netither has any pre-load spacers. Remember that the pro-line positions give you heavier dampening and spring rate feel.

It's not the height I'm concerned with. It's the total travel. I have mine tuned with stiffer springs but due to the fact I have a 2 stage spring rate setup, it sits squated, about the same height as the proline setup and handles very well, but it still has it's full original travel because of the down travel when unloaded. I have just installed a .21 kit and that lengthened the wheel base so I want to get some width as well. Offset wheels are not an option by the way.
If you wouldn't mind doing me a favor for R&D purposes. Could you prop your truck up, pull a wheel, set your shock mounts to the inner most settings, then at the spindle shaft, run the suspension thru a full stroke and measure the total travel with a ruler? I'm curious how close it nets out to be because the longer arms themselves create more travel and could infact make it very close at the inner most settings. If you could do this, I'd really appreciate it and we'd all learned something too.

An easy way to remedy your dilemma is to buy 4 extra stock set, some machine threaded screws (same size as pillow ball screws), and cut the head of the screws off at the head after you bottom out the installed arms. then cut 1.25" tips off of the extra set u bought u might need to drill a little bit of a hole in the center, then tighten the extensions into place. I saw that someone did this in a magazine and it worked well for them apparently. I made my own out a 3/8" plastic cutting board, but the shafts couldn't handle the torque of the 21. so I gave 1/2 of the set for his stock maxx. he runs it in the rear of his truck and he loves them. Now he wants to drop a 21 in so he won't be using them for long. Good Luck
