hey wutup? i need some help, im only 14 and i have a couple of cars but my big one is my tamiya wild dagger, it's a good truck and all but im running to p2k pros and it has alot of pulling power and can do some serious burn outs in the dirt, but my friend just bought a tc3 and we like to race , he always blows me away so i was going to buy new motors but since the gearing in the dagger is fixed i dont know what to buy, im thinking about buying chamelion 2's but im not sure should i go with the new p2k 2? the p94 is a good motor i hear but a liittle high on price,so i need some serious advice, ne would be appreciated...thank u :)

well Touring cars are faster than monster trucks in the first place, and each motor is different, so do some research on each. oh and if you really want to beat him get a bolink dragster!

In one of the RCCA, I forgot who but they got a Dagger going 45 MPH. :D You should check out the Speed Gems. Pretty good motors for their price .. Around 30 bucks and they go down to 10 turns.
Also, what tires are you running? If you don't already have street tires, you might wanna get some Speed Hawgs from Proline or any other street tires they offer.

ok you want to go fast in a dag.
get 2 17t sapphire's,get tamiya 20t pinion,then start adding cells.
no more than 10.
that should get you were you want to be.

2 Super Roosters
2 Race Prep 13 turns
20 tooth pinions
2 3000mah NIMH 6 cell
With this set up you will see 45mph easy, but do not jump it.
Want to go 55mph add cells. if you can make the room ,the reason I say it suks is it is patend Tamiya brittle and will crack to crapola if you bash it.

The Wild dagger isnt brittle. Maybe if you check out rcmt and find some upgrades for the MT to make it stronger, than in stock form. Maybe its brittle because you do stupid things like throw it off a 10 story building. :p :D
