T maxx VS. Terra /Crusher

I just moved to texas and one of my stepdads freinds is selling his severyey modifyed T maxx and it has over 2500$ worth of stuff i am wondering whitch would be better if i can get him to sell me the T maxx for 400 should i get it or the terra crusher. I also want to be able to race it at a track. i also want to be able tomodify it .21 and stuff like that. whitch one should i get my stepdad is leaning toward the t maxx becuse it is the most populer what should ii do

1st of all.....WELCOME to Texas.....'bout time you got here! :p

2nd: If you can get this guy to sell you his $2500 T-Maxx for $400 then your one hell of a wheeler and dealer.

3rd: If you want to race this truck, check out what he has on it. I myself have put the same amount of money in my maxx and it ain't nowhere near good enough to race. Mainly cuz i didn't set it up to race. Its set up to bash and i do a good job of it.:D Just because he has a lot of money in it doesn't mean its for you.

4th: Once you find out how he has it set up,try to determine what you'll have to do to get it where you want it and how much more money you'll have to put into it. More then likely, if you pay $400 for it and then buy a .21 conversion kit for it, you'll exceed the cost of the Terra Crusher.

buy the maxx, run it and see if it is what you want. if not, then sell it for more on e-bay and buy the crusher and use the extra money for mod's

Tell the guy to sell it on e-bay at $2,500 and he gets $400 to buy a Terra Crusher then the rest goes to you so you can Get a Terra Crusher. then I get 10% of your profit! :D
