Just spent a bunch of time trying to post pics and nearly went nuts trying. I'm not computer iliterate so I figured it'd be easy. Well it is and it isn't (found that a lot of people have the same problems). Figured I'd share what I found.

1- To use the image button the pictures must be stored on an online server. The forum can't/won't upload it from your hard drive. Find a free server online and keep the pictures there (make sure you find one that allows full size outside access, the one I found only shows thumbnails)

2- To upload an image from your hard drive go to attach, hit the browse button, find the picture, click on it and hit open. Make sure you've entered all the text in the body of the message that you want. Then (I found this in another online forum, laughed myself silly when I saw it) DO NOT HIT PREVIEW if you do it loses the path to your image. Just hit submit and your done (make sure the file size is under the limit 61K)

Hi Mike,
You have me puzzled. All of the pictures I have posted have been directly from my hard drive. I have Windows 98, and store the pics in "my documents". I use a photo processing program to cut the size, and make sure they are stored as jpeg's. It works for me.

Do they go up linked or as attachments?

Mike

Hi Mike,
I use the attachment tab to pull a file from my hard drive to the BB.

I was confused at his post at first to, about off the H drive but 1 is an explaination to the little box with the X in it for images stored from a web site. # 2 he explains loading off the hard drive.
