Does anybody run Trinity Paradox Pro motors or have an opinion on them. I bought a couple of them and haven't ran them yet. Just wanting to know what people thought of them.

The Paradox is a good motor. It is of course the rebuildable version of Midnight 2, which in turn was the grand-dady of modern stock motors.

The Paradox has pretty much been made obsolete by the P2K since the two offer similar performance profiles but the P2K often gives you an extra edge.

It's a nice motor to run if you have one. I do, and I really like it. But on race day, I put in a P2K or MVP depending on how I feel.

Just a note, last year I was consistently getting beat by someone running a Paradox while I was driving a P2K powered car. I guess this shows that the performance difference is small enough that driving and car setup is far more important.

Thanx for the reply, MaxRC.

Guess I'll have to see what they do on the track. Sounds like I'll have to check into the P2K, too. I race a B3 and a T3 on a huge supercross style track. P2K good in either vehicle? Thanx again, later

You may want to post this question in the electric form to get more input for the elctric guys there too.
