Picture Posting Help!!

I'm having a problem on adding pics to a thread! I know how to add a picture to threads, but i dont know how to make them "smaller" to be under 61440 bytes. My pics are from a digital camera and are in .jpg format. They are very large and cannot be added!! I appreciate any help possible!!

try using a picture program and resizing them smaller, otherwise just host them somewhere that allows free hosting. (some places dont work but i know there are some that do)

Thanks alot, but what do you mean by resizing them?? I'm new at this...

do you have any programs on your computer to the pictures you take?
like microsoft imaging, or something of that sort?

I have Printmaster Platinum 11, Print Shop and Photo Finish. Will they work??

i'm not 100%, but i think there is a way on print shop to resize them when you open it, then all you would have to do is save it as another file.
