parking lot setup question (tc3)

hey all you touring car guys with a tc3 i have a few questions for a good setup

what ride height should i have?

with a mvp motor what gear should i use on an twisty track?

my ride height is highered slightly bigger than standard if the ground is rocky, but if not, i try to get it as low as possible without the chassis hitting the ground through turns.
as for gearing, start with a 26-27 tooth, if youre not running flaming hot, maybe go up another tooth on the pinion (28), but you might wannat keep it smaller if its really technical without much straight ;)
