would the RFFS system work using 1450mAh Li-Ions? I have about 50 and was wanting one of these cool little systems. Anyone have any ideas before I order one?
thanks

Hogan,
We manufacture the RFFS100 system. Just a few items you may want to keep in mind if you decide to purchase the RFFS100 system. First is you want to keep it light as light a possible. If the plane is going to weigh more then 2 ounces the RFFS100 may not be a good canidate for your plane. Second the system only works up to 5.5 volts. I don't know how many volts your batteries are but just wanted you to know.
I certianly don't want to discourage you from purchasing the RFFS100 but at the same time I wouldn't want you to purchase it thinking to use it for a certain application and then be disapointed with the results.

Sincerely,
Dan Hurd

P.S. Just a little side note. We experimented with some nimh cells and got 30+ minute flight times on some of our flights. I don't recall what the mah of the cells were but the weight came out pretty close to the 3x50mah nicads we had been using.
